Site Dashboard

Every DeviceLink site contains a site dashboard that gives insight into the DeviceLink configuration and operation of projects and agents at the site. This page offers a tour of some of the features of the site dashboard.

1. Dashboard URL

Every site has a unique URL that represents the dashboard for the site. This URL can be bookmarked, shared with other users in your organization, and even displayed on monitors at work sites.

The link to the dashboard can be found at the left of each site's navigation bar. The URL format for a site's dashboard is:

https://app.copia.io/org/($YOUR_ORG_NAME)/sites/($YOUR_SITE_NAME)/dashboard

2. Project Health

This table gives an overview of the configuration state of a site's projects, as well as some history into their recent job run performances.

Device

The "Device" column indicates whether the project has an associated device or not. If a project has multiple devices associated with it, the number of projects associated with the device is shown in [brackets] next to the symbol.

(green check symbol)

Project has an associated device

(red X symbol)

Project requires an associated device but does not have an associated device

-- (two dashes)

Project does not require an associated device (e.g. Script-type projects)

Agent

The "agent" column indicates whether the project is connected to an online agent or not.

Job

Symbol
Meaning in "Job" column
Notes

(green check symbol)

Project is associated to a scheduled job.

(red X symbol)

Project is not associated to a scheduled job.

This condition can be triggered for any of the following reasons: 1. There is no job associated with the project. 2. The job associated with the project has no schedule. 3. The site contains a sitewide job schedule but the project is excluded from the sitewide job schedule.

Last 5 job runs

This section shows a visualization of the last five job runs for each project. Job run statuses are indicated both by color and by symbol. Each chip can be expanded with a click to show when a job was run. A second click on an expanded chip will open the job run detail page for that job run.

3. Job Run Status

This graph visualizes job runs at the site by status. This widget can be configured to show job runs for the last 24 hours (by day), the last 7 days (by day), and the last 30 days (by week). The dashboard will remember your selection and display it on subsequent page loads.

To see all job runs with a selected status, hover over one of the sections of the bar graph. You can also use the filter menu on the top right of the graph to filter the graph for certain job run statuses. Clicking on a section of the graph will open the Job History page filtered for the selected date range and job status.

4. Agents

This table shows all single-site and multi-site agents available at the site, along with their statuses and utilization percentages. An agent's utilization is defined as the percentage of time spent running a job in a given timespan.

This widget can also be configured to show agent utilization for the last 24 hours (by day), the last 7 days (by day), and the last 30 days (by week). The dashboard will remember your selection and display it on subsequent page loads.
